SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPMENTS


All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. After shipment, an email will be sent with the tracking number, allowing you to track your order in real time.


Free shipping on orders over €99 for Portugal and Europe.


Estimated delivery times:


Mainland Portugal — 2 to 5 business days


Azores and Madeira — 5 to 8 business days


Europe — 5 to 10 business days


Rest of the World — 10 to 20 business days


Deliveries are made through trusted carriers to ensure that the order arrives in perfect condition. During peak periods, such as promotional campaigns or product launches, delivery times may be slightly adjusted.



RETURNS


Customer satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


For a return to be accepted, the items must meet the following conditions:


- To be in perfect condition, with no signs of use;

- Keep the original labels;

- Must be returned in the original packaging or equivalent.


Return procedure:


1. Send an email to spv@rapoza.pt indicating the order number and the reason for the return;

2. Wait for confirmation and shipping instructions;

3. Proceed to send the item to the indicated address;

4. After receiving and verifying the product, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.


Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors attributable to Rapoza.co.



EXCHANGES


If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you should follow the same return procedure, indicating this intention in your initial contact. We will do our best to ensure a prompt response and a suitable solution.
